This is an error message from our text/phone provider letting you know that the user we sent the text to has replied to the text with "STOP" This adds them to a "Blacklist" and we are no longer able to send any notifications to that number. The user can opt back in to receive the messages by texting "START" to the number they last received a text from. You will also have to enable the text checkbox in the student account.
