Please complete this Registration/consent form to enable your student to participate in future WNR Events. If you desire, you will also receive a text/email when your student's QR code is scanned at school.
For the "Username" please avoid any identifiable information (eg: real names) for privacy reasons.
Please use your child's Cambrian Student ID in the box for "barcode". Please enter the total distance your child will be walking/rolling to/from school in the box for "distance". We will use this to estimate the total miles travelled and decreased CO2 emissions. There are two fields for email - 1st one is for parents to opt in for all communications from the WNR team. 2nd one is for notifications for when your child arrives at school and their QR code is scanned.
