This is the setting that prompts the scanner to update the students new teacher. After setting this, on the students first scan of the year the scanner is prompted with a list of new teachers to select.
Login then select "User Search" and select a group of students. Searching on an empty field will find all of the students.
Click the "Search" button.
Check the very top left check box to select all the students you want to update.
At the very bottom of the page in the pink warning box, select "New Teacher Prompt Next Scan" from the select menu.
Check the "No Worries! I know what I'm doing" check box
Click the red "Update Selected" button.
